Deionized/Reverse Osmosis Water Systems Design & Installation

Our staff at Digital Air Control has been involved in numerous installations of Deionized (DI) Water Systems and Reverse Osmosis (RO) Water Systems. Our staff members have installed Deionized Water Systems for Microelectronic, Nanotechnology, Pharmaceutical, Semiconductor and Bio Technology Facilities.

We have taken preliminary design information to design-build the entire water distribution system for Deionized (DI) water. Our designs included not only the layout of the water plant itself, but all piping distribution throughout the entire facility. Our staff has installed Deioinized and RO Systems directly to the process equipment in the cleanroom and laboratory. We have designed and installed point of use filtration, crossover piping, zero static piping systems.
